Meet the Team
We are Brian and Jessica Montgomery! We are a husband and wife pair that met and lived in Austin, TX, before moving back to Michigan where Brian was raised by his loving family. We have spent seven years as first responders to disaster crises across the States responding to various hurricanes and tornadoes.
We feel called to assist in these situations on a personal level and that is why we created our charity organization, Spark of Hope MI.

Salem Haddad joins the team eager to serve our charity and in turn, help make our community a better place to live. By day, Salem is the Vice President of a local sign company and will bring experience and knowledge to the operations of Spark of Hope.​

Jessica and Brian consider Salem to be a dear and trusted friend and are happy to have him on the team!
We are happy to welcome Paul Holubeck to our Board of Directors. Paul fills the role of commercial development director. Paul has over 22 years of experience in the fire and water restoration emergency services. Paul resides in West Bloomfield and has been a mentor and leader for many individuals amongst the restoration industry. We are excited to utilize Paul’s relationships to better serve those in need.
